It is one thing to be able to sing or to play an instrument.  It is quite another to be able to present an interesting & entertaining performance!

For those students & semi-professionals who have stars in their eyes, “The Conservatory” features professional Performance Coaches who specialize in preparing students for reality TV auditions & talent competitions as YTV’s “Next Star”; CTV’s “Canada’s Got Talent”; Toronto’s “Rising Star” & Mississauga’s “Future Star” Singing Competitions.

For those students who wish to enter the Regional Arts Programs (RAP) offered by the Etobicoke School of the Arts, Cawthra Park, Iona Catholic and Mayfield Secondary Schools, “The Conservatory” has had been very successful in preparing these dedicated students for their auditions to gain admission.

"Open Mic Nights"

From time to time, select students are invited to perform, together with their instructors, in any one of the many “Open Mic Nights” sponsored by the Mississauga Arts Council or by privately-owned family-friendly venues in the local area. These “Open Microphone” events provide young musicians with invaluable, first-hand experience with onstage performance - which does wonders in building their confidence and self-esteem!
